Sarah’s expertise and passion lies in the area of well-being, in particular how to measure and improve happiness in the workplace. With a background in research design and delivery, she enjoys interpreting and exploring results with staff and managers, and facilitating action sessions/ workshops. Sarah joins nef consulting from a leading global research company where she specialised in employee engagement. She also previously worked in the field of depression in the workplace at the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health, and has a wealth of consultancy and evaluation experience from her years spent at the sustainability organisation Brook Lyndhurst. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and is currently attempting to learn the Czech language.
