Olivier is an analyst working on the refinement and improvement of measurement methodologies and modeling tools, such as CBA and SROI. He has a background in development economics and environmental economics. Olivier has notably worked on the TEEB (The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity) project, on the economics of international migrations, and has a considerable experience of development projects appraisal. He also has a deep knowledge of political economy, macro-economics and international economics.
