Nic is the founder of the award winning Centre for Well-being at nef (the new economics foundation), and is a recognised national expert in the field of well-being research. He advises governments and international organisations around the world on well-being measures and implementation. His applied work covers policy fields as diverse as business, sustainable development, environment, health, education, the arts and employment. He is a leadership facilitator, chair of various international conferences and a veteran public speaker.
