International Director
michael.weatherhead@nef-consulting.co.uk
Michael is the international director of nef consulting, establishing a branch in South Africa in 2012. As an economist and organisational development practitioner, he has taken nef’s work on well-being into the employee and organisational health sector. Before becoming managing director, Michael was responsible for product development, establishing the consultancy’ SROI service offer and well-being@work product. Always keen to combine nef’s many strands of work, Michael has applied himself to a range of projects. Recent work includes defining community engagement strategies in the construction industry, developing of town centre distinctiveness strategies, and devising social return on investments models for employment programmes. His current focus is on employee well-being and resilience programmes as well as co-production training for the NHS. Michael is an accredited SROI practitioner and trainer. When he gets a minute, he likes to kite surf (as long as the water’s not too cold).
