The Measuring Outcomes master class I attended was a truly thought provoking experience. It got to the heart of the matter of why measuring outcomes is so challenging whilst at the same time demonstrating how truly critical it is to demonstrating the value of interventions and therefore to making sound investment decisions.
The day was very practical and involved each of the small group of delegates using their own case study to apply the principals discussed throughout the day.
