David is a consultant who joined the team in mid 2011. His experience spans seven years specialising in economic impact assessment, appraisal, evaluation and strategy work for the public, private and third sectors. He has led or managed work in a range of sectors including regeneration and infrastructure, retail and tourism, business support, international trade, inward investment, crime and community safety. He has substantial experience in making the judgements necessary for SROI; on appropriate proxy values, displacement, attribution and deadweight, and explaining the process in plain English.
